Today we took Logan to his one year checkup and he is very healthy!! He weighs 23lbs 4oz and is 32 inches tall. He’s in the 93% for height and 55% for weight. He is a tall skinny boy! He will most likely need his circumcision done again, just a little piece of skin grew back so probably not a hospital visit. Dr. Cornish could have done it there in the office but he didn’t feel confident enough to do it himself so we’ll go see Pediatric Urologist sometime soon. Logan has been part of a Meningitis study since he was 9 months old and so we have to go back in about a month to do some more blood work for that. He didn’t get any shots today because he was running a fever of 100.5 while we were there and they didn’t want to make it worse by giving him shots. So, if it’s gone by tomorrow we’ll go back tomorrow afternoon and do some more things for the study. One bummer about the checkup was that we discovered that Logan needs to see a dentist. He has 7 teeth and all of them but one have enamel problems in that there are chunks just missing on each tooth. So, we’ll get an appointment for the both of them since Lindsay needs to go as well. That should be a trip to remember. Anyway, our bubbers is doing good!
