Our poor little girl has gone and hurt herself again. Me and her were just playing around in the kitchen and by doing so, we knocked over the chair she was sitting on (I was holding her hand so she just kind of jumped off) and when the chair fell it landed right on her little toe! She immediately started screaming and jumping up and down and when I looked at her toe it was already swollen and bright blue. As you can see from the pictures, her pinky toe isn’t much smaller than the rest of them. Poor girl! It had only been seconds and it was that bad so quickly! I immediately thought it was broken and felt terrible that she had gotten hurt and not me. Before Jeffy or I could even suggest ice she asked for it so we sat her down on the couch and put some ice on it. She calmed down pretty quickly and stayed on the couch for about 45 minutes with the ice on it. We called our friend who went to PA school and asked him what to do and what to look for if it is broken and he said the main thing will be to see if she can walk on it. So, we eventually got her to walk on it and she did it with a limp but she did it so we’re thinking it’s not broken. I really hope it’s not because if it is, this will be her second broken bone in less than 5 months. Who does she think she is, my sister? (She broke her arm 3 times in some crazy short amount of time.) So, we’ll see how it’s doing in the morning.

Isn’t that funny? They both have their own little laptops, which I just realized were gifts from the same person. Good choice Grandma! They love them! The toys my kids play with are so different from the toys I played with and sometimes I get a kick out of it.
