I just wanted to write a little bit about Logan and what he’s like as a one year old. Logan is determined. When he sees something he wants, he’s out to get it, no matter how difficult it may be. He’ll climb over just about anything to get what he wants. Logan has no fear. Watching Logan on Grandma’s swing set has been a very scary thing. He’ll go down the slide however he is at the moment: on his back, on his tushie, on his tummy, or upside down. Logan is funny. He is constantly laughing at himself and we all wished we knew what was so funny. Logan is pesky. He has got the ‘pesky little brother’ act down to an art. He knows just exactly how to push Lindsay’s buttons and does it on purpose. The look on his face while he’s doing it is a mischievous one. Logan is sweet. He loves his blanket and is always hugging it and rubbing it against his face. He has a smile that will melt your heart. Every time you say I love you he’ll immediately blow kisses. Even though he annoys Lindsay he loves her so very much. He smiles real big when he first sees her in the morning and they have so much fun together. Logan is learning. He can say a few words such as ‘mama’, ‘dada’, ‘va-va’ (vroom-vroom), ‘ra-ra’ (ruff ruff). He can sign please and he used to sign more but now he’s cut out the middle man and just says please. He’s starting to sign thank you but doesn’t do it very often. Logan is a keeper.

I’ve been meaning to put this up here for awhile but there’s always something more fun or interesting to write about. I was reading my Parenting magazine a few weeks ago and there was an article in there about the Achoo Syndrome. Have you ever walked outside on a bright, sunny day and started sneezing? Surprise! You have Achoo Syndrome. That’s the ACTUAL name. Someone didn’t have their creative hat on that day when they named this baby. So, if you ever wondered why you sneeze, don’t worry, it’s just a problem you have.
