Yesterday afternoon, wonderful Niki came over and took some family pictures for us. We hadn’t had my entire side of the family all together in a couple years before Grandpa’s funeral earlier this month, and we didn’t get a chance to take any pictures that time, so it was another reason we were happy that Flavio and Niki came back early from Detroit. It was a quick little photo shoot — just long enough for us to pose and smile while Niki clicked the camera ten times or so — but in true Niki fashion, the pictures turned out great. It added a little more perfection to an already-perfect day.
