Lindsay worked so hard on her Valentine’s Day cards for her little preschool class today. She wrote them all out by herself and did an excellent job! The girl can do anything she sets her mind to. Isn’t she cute?

You know you’re tired when you sit at the dinner table like this:

We have church at 11 o’clock now so poor Logan rarely gets a nap on Sundays. We came home and had some ‘linner’ (it was about 2:45pm) and Logan fell asleep during his “I’m-not-going-to-eat-these-green-beans’ fit. It was all too cute. He stayed there for about 45 minutes and then woke up screaming, probably because his neck hurt, so he finished his nap on the couch.
As soon as Lindsay saw that he was asleep, she had to come and look at him. She thought it was so funny that he was asleep on the table.

And being the sweet girl that she is, she gave him a kiss on his arm, very gently, so as not to wake him up. I love that they love each other! There is nothing sweeter!

But I love how the whole time he was asleep, he was holding on tight to his booster seat. It was like he knew he wasn’t strapped in…

Logan is rarely bored. He can always find something to keep himself entertained. His new current fave is playing in the water in the kitchen sink. He climbs up on the couch and then onto the counter and will play with whatever is in the sink, so I have to be careful not to keep sharp knives and whatnot in there, although he mostly plays with cups and bowls, pouring water into one from the other. He’ll play in there for a good 20 minutes, long enough for me to get the kitchen cleaned or to sit and do nothing, and he gets mad if you try to turn the water off if he’s not currently playing in it. I guess he just likes to keep his options open…Thank goodness for water!

Such concentration!
