I just wanted everyone to know how proud I am of Jeffy! These past 6 months, and more so the last 6 weeks, he has really worked hard on his weight loss goals. Everything he does he thinks twice before acting and has really changed his life. Jeffy has tried to lose weight before since we’ve been married, but there is something different about this time. I can just see it in him and I’m not quite sure what it is, but it’s there. I know he will succeed! I want to thank all of you for supporting him in this and helping him during this long and hard journey. Jeffy now works out twice a day and is sacrificing A LOT of sleep to do so and I’m oh so proud of him! Most days he does better than I do with eating healthy and it helps me to be better. I’m so glad that we’ve gotten to do this together so that we can help each other along the way. We are healthier for it and so are our kids.

Dear Muscles,

Please stop hurting! I know I have been pushing you more than I have in a VERY LONG TIME, but get over it. I would really like to be able to sit down, walk up and down the stairs, and get up and down from the floor without you hurting. I know you can do it! But do it NOW!
