Dear Muscles,
Please stop hurting! I know I have been pushing you more than I have in a VERY LONG TIME, but get over it. I would really like to be able to sit down, walk up and down the stairs, and get up and down from the floor without you hurting. I know you can do it! But do it NOW!

1See, anyone else who hurts our Bethy gets threatened with a kick in the nose, but when it’s her own muscles, I think that would be counterproductive.
